I was honored to record a veterinary practice management podcast with Naren Arulrajah of Growing Vet recently.

During our conversation, Naren and I discussed some of the common problems facing veterinary practice owners and how to solve those problems. So many veterinary professionals got into this line of work because they love animals. But, during the podcast I emphasized that veterinarians are actually in the “people business,” because pets don’t come alone. They come with their people.
